Discovering dog-friendly stays, dining and experiences across the UK
About DORTails
How DORTails Started
Hi. I’m Andreea, CEO and Founder of DORTails.
Like many dog owners, I love travelling with my dog. But every trip with Bruno seemed to start the same way: opening dozens of websites trying to figure out which places were actually dog-friendly.
Some hotels allow dogs but charge unexpected fees.
Some restaurants welcome dogs only outside.
And many experiences simply don’t mention dogs at all.
Planning a simple weekend trip with Bruno could easily turn into hours of research.
So I decided to build the platform I wished existed.
DORTails brings together dog-friendly stays, dining and experiences in one place, helping dog owners spend less time searching and more time exploring.
Meet Bruno 🐾 - Chief Adventure Officer
Bruno is the inspiration behind DORTails.
As an adventurous English Cocker Spaniel, he’s always ready to explore new places, whether it’s countryside cottages, dog-friendly pubs, long coastal walks or quiet cafés where dogs are welcome.
Travelling with Bruno quickly showed me how difficult it can be to find places that truly welcome dogs.
That’s where the idea for DORTails began.
Bruno now proudly holds the title of Chief Adventure Officer, helping sniff out the best dog-friendly places across the UK.

Our Mission
DORTails was created with one simple goal:

Too often dog owners spend hours searching across multiple websites just to find places where their dogs are genuinely welcome.
DORTails brings together carefully selected dog-friendly stays, dining and experiences so you can explore new places with confidence and enjoy more adventures with your dog by your side.
